Within this job role, I have the responsibility of delivering and maintaining good customer service. This would be from working behind the bar serving food and drinks, interacting with customers making them feel as comfortable as possible. I am also required to deliver coaching sessions on a Saturday morning to children under the age of 10. I have also delivered sessions for children’s birthday parties where standards must be high to provide a value for money service. I have also delivered football and multi-sport coaching sessions on the half term camps. Also, I undertake administrative work dealing with enquiries and booking people on to pitches without any problems. Another responsibility is moving goals and setting up pitches, so they are ready for use, safe and effective for customers. Along with this, cleanliness of the environment is another responsibility I have. This includes making sure the inside of the building is fresh and welcoming for customers. As well as ensuring all pitches are litter free and safe for the customers to use. In September 2021 I was promoted to Sports Centre Supervisor where I am still required to do all of the tasks above however I have the added responsibilities of opening and locking up the facility. Along with this I run shifts overseeing several other members of staff ensuring all duties are completed in a suitable and efficient manner. I have experience in cash handling and cashing up till at the end of the shift where I am responsibility for counting significant amounts of money. From this I must ensure that there are no discrepancies in the takings and should there be so I am capable to identify any problems. Coach Support And Performance Analysis

Wigan, England, United Kingdom

As part of my work experience with Wigan Athletic I was required to provide support to the coaches through the means of recording and cutting/clipping footage. This would either be a session that was being delivered by a particular coach or the recording a game where I would be required to clip various aspects of performance for the coach to feedback to their team.I developed skills around competencies with the use of camera and recording equipment, the ability to upload footage on to certain software and then be able to edit the footage efficiently. Being efficient in my ability to edit footage meant I was able to meet deadlines that were required of me in getting the footage sent to the head of coaching at Wigan Athletic to provide feedback to his coaches, and likewise to the coaches to provide feedback to their teams.

My responsibilities as a Team Member would be to host children birthday parties, ensuring they are running effectively for the children and the parents. Another responsibility of mine as a Team Member was to maintain cleanliness of the environment and undertake daily duties to ensure building and surrounding environment was a high standard and positive environment. Also, I worked behind the bar, serving food and drinks, engaging with customers to provide a comforting experience. From my time at Powerleague, I also have experience of administrative work. This includes dealing with enquiries, answering the phone and speaking to customers informing them of what they needed to know. I also have experience of running leagues, ensuring teams and referees were confirmed for matches and that any issues a team had were dealt with accordingly. In June 2018, I was promoted to Duty Manager where I would oversee shifts, ensuring that members of staff were performing any duties and tasks that was required.
