High Speed Currency Processing ManagerManage a 2-shift operation (15 employees) that processes, sorts and verifies banking institutions deposits from the Federal Reserve's 3rd district on a daily basis. Oversee that each deposit is processed and reconciled and shipped to the proper recipient's specified destination. Process and report any discrepancies within the customers deposit in a timely manner. Track all production, differences, and quality of work from the department by banking institution that in turn gets reported to upper management.Perform annual employee evaluations for all level of employees within my department. Perform monthly budget variances for department. Perform monthly audits in department.Track attendance and prepare the bi-weekly employee payroll for the payroll department.Verify and submit for payment all strap claims from customers for the northeast region.
