Consulting Highlights at Coriolis:Implemented a sustainable labour planning and process for a major Irish meat producer over a 16 week tactical engagement. The deployment of cost out initiatives released a year on year saving of £250K for the project period, made possible through the development of a strong business review framework and goal alignment through the organisation. The over delivery of this project has contributed to the establishing a strategic partnership for Coriolis.Developed and implemented the management control and reporting system for a major UK sandwich manufacturer from shop floor level to senior management across two manufacturing sites. The result was a step change in people engagement and continuous improvement culture.Managed a 12 week site waste improvement project for a Major Australian dairy and drinks manufacturer through optimising production, planning and logistics processes delivering over $1m.Managed the implementation of Mimo Performance Management software in a large Australian pie manufacturing company, ensuring the integration of key data into the heart of their business review framework at shop floor, management and senior management level.

My role in this task involved undertaking a global analysis of competitors, prospective customers and potential partners and developing the targeted messages to communicate with the market.• Contributed to the design and development of a computer application for launching global brands in the pharmaceutical industry. • Adapted spread sheet based pharmaceutical brand launch management data that had been developed by marketing consultants into a structured form that could be loaded into a web based collaborative brand launch management tool. • Managed a project to adapt the brand launch application to meet the demands of the retail Industry and successfully sold this concept to a major retailer. My role involved liaising between the customer and the software developers to understand the business case, gather data and develop a solution to their complex problem.
