Travel Coordinator
Current- Reorganize company travel policy to maximize efficiency and ensure cost savings
- Strategic negotiation of all travel related contracts to meet employee needs and obligations
- Arrange employee travel visas, work permits, and passports for international travel
- Approve travel requests for 300 employees through company intranet site
- Coordinate 50 or more domestic and international itineraries per month
- Continuous availability to address changes in travel itinerary or last minute trips
