Class 1 Vehicle Mechanic in the British Army, worked on both armoured and light vehicles throughout my career and have gained 6 years of experience. Hold a NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering. Currently seeing out my career as a Team Leader of the Army Recruiting Group which includes interacting with the public to give an insight on what life is like as a British Army Soldier. It is a fast-paced role which requires good communication, a professional attitude towards the public and great organisation to keep the operation moving forward. Continuously looking to self develop and mentor my team to give them the best chance of a successful career. Intelligent, fast-paced, adaptable and approachable to help myself and others achieve. In my new role as a Refrigeration Engineer I am looking to grow my experience and adapt to civilian life. Attending courses to further my development and being open to advice are my short term goals to give me the best opportunity for progression.
