Duties included overall leadership of company direction, P&L accountability, budgeting and planning, menu, marketing, purchasing, training and overall supervision of 40 corporate staff and field managers, and over 500 enployees.

Responsible for all leadership of Franchise Division and sales and development of new locations. Grew Division sales from $58 to $75M with supervision of 2 Franchise District Managers, 1 Sales Administrator and oversight of all franchise restaurants. Other duties included P&L accountability, budgeting, site selection, franchise candidate screening and approval, and supervision of all new openings.
