As a cleaning assistant at Welcome Break, I maintain site cleanliness and customer satisfaction, which are essential for the company's success. I have no formal degree, but I have learned valuable skills such as timekeeping, organization, and attention to detail through my work experience and training. I attended Leicester college for one year studying uniformed protective services, where I learned the basis of discipline and fitness within the public service industry.In my current employment I also support customers with locating food outlets on site, train new staff members on cleaning standards and procedures, and contribute to a positive and friendly work environment. I enjoy working with a diverse and supportive team that helps me grow and improve. I had the opportunity to be a temporary shift supervisor, where I gained fundamental skills of management and leadership. I am passionate about providing a pleasant and comfortable experience for customers and ensuring that they are pleased and satisfied with their visit to the site.
