As a Senior Agent of Marcus & Millichap’s National Hospitality Group, Jack Davis advises clients on acquisitions and dispositions of hospitality assets, primarily throughout the Southeast. Jack’s advisory and brokerage services are geared toward helping clients achieve their long-term investment goals. Mr. Davis joined Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services in 2015. He is a Senior Vice President of investments and is apart of the National Hospitality Division. He is partner and founder of DDM Hotel Group, a group of nine highly specialized hospitality agents. Mr. Davis comes from a family that has been in real estate, development, and banking for over 25 years. Since 2016 he’s been credited with over 200 hospitality transactions in 13 states, with a deal volume in excess of $1B. Primarily select-service, full-service, extended-stay, economy hotels. Additionally, he has sold multiple development and mixed-used opportunities in Downtown Charleston, South Carolina. Mr. Davis is well versed in 1031-exchanges, assisting clients into like-kind properties deferring taxes and improving cash-flows. He also works daily with local, regional and nation lenders. A graduate of North Carolina State University with a B.S. in Marketing, his background consists of management and operations at the Planters Inn, a Relais and Chatuex.
