As a staff accountant at Leader Bank, I apply my accounting degree and data analytics skills to prepare financial statements, reconcile accounts, and ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements. I joined Leader Bank in July 2023, after working for TMD Capital for over a year as a loan officer and a loan processor. In this role, I gained valuable experience in the commercial lending and residential real estate industries, as well as in sales, communication, marketing, and teamwork. I contributed to the growth and success of TMD Capital by processing loan applications, servicing loan portfolios, and generating new leads and referrals. I am passionate about providing high-quality service and solutions to my clients and stakeholders, and I continuously seek to improve my knowledge and skills in accounting, finance, and business analytics. I am a proud graduate of Springfield College, where I earned my bachelor's degree in accounting in May 2023, with a focus on financial reporting, auditing, and taxation. I am also a certified data analyst, having completed two online courses on descriptive, exploratory, and explanatory analytics for business professionals. My goal is to leverage my accounting and analytical skills to help Leader Bank achieve its mission and vision as a community bank.
