I graduated from Atlantic Technological University Galway, where I studied the Business Information Systems module (AU502). This course provided me with a strong background in technology, business, and project management.I am now working in the IT, IS & Data Analytics sector within the Information & Communication Technology Department for the Galway County Council as part of a graduate programme. In this role, I am applying the skills and knowledge I gained during my studies to a dynamic and demanding professional environment.My coursework and modules gave me a solid foundation in data analysis, database management, Office 365, Microsoft Excel, and web development, along with a general understanding of business processes and strategic decision-making. The multiple group projects I participated in throughout the course helped me develop strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.I am enthusiastic about utilising these attributes in my current role and contributing to the success of the Galway County Council.
