Rover Labs is a COVID-19 testing/diagnostics and laboratory software start-up.Key Achievements:- Responded to several RFPs for onsite COVID-19 testing and won contract with the NJ DOH to administer PCR and antigen COVID-19 testing at over 200 K-12 schools- Developed operational processes to facilitate onsite COVID-19 testing for NJ schools and institutions including all supply chain operations, inventory system automation, sample transportation, scheduling, and staffing for sample collection- Sourced third parties to support all aspects of field operations for Rover's testing projects and supervised seven vendors- Managed a team of five people supporting day-to-day supply chain operations, sample collection schedules/staffing, and sample transportation- Created and tracked KPIs and project management metrics including testing volumes, TAT, positivity rates, status of samples at lab, etc.- Advised Tech Team on improvements to Rover's internally developed laboratory information system (LIS)
