Initial foundation was completed and implemented in 12 months. 2018 - 2019 Development of process to manage medical product that falls into backorder status with our distributor. This was done by developing a workflow that included identifying all included partners and internal customers, hand off points, substitute product identification, product movement flow, file maintenance and vendor follow up. This done through a process of inter-team collaboration, white board visualization and development utilizing MS Project. Sign off completed within 11 months of commencement.
