During my internship at Elmore Appraisals, I gained valuable hands-on experience in the appraisal industry. Working closely with my father, who served as my mentor, I developed a strong understanding of property valuation processes and the use of the TOTAL software. My responsibilities included conducting property inspections, taking detailed photographs, and collecting data on comparable homes to support accurate appraisals. I enjoyed the fieldwork, which allowed me to apply theoretical knowledge in real-world settings and sharpen my observational skills. Additionally, I engaged in data entry and report writing, where I learned the importance of precision and clarity in communication. As the cook you play a bigger role then just frying food. I would attentively watch the board fill up with orders and help coordinate the kitchen to properly prepare the food in the quickest way possible. I also systematically prepared and portioned food so that further preparation of the food is facilitated. Every night it was my duty to give the kitchen a nightly cleaning, including sweeping, mopping, wiping down areas, and restocking main refrigerators and freezers.
