I have served as the Makerspace Safety Lead and Chief Engineer for an Undergraduate Research Team. In my capacity as the Makerspace Safety Lead, I've successfully negotiated hazardous waste training, implemented proactive accident prevention measures, and collaborated with the Office of Environmental Safety (OES) to ensure robust waste removal and safety requirements.As the Chief Engineer for the Design, Build, Fly Undergraduate Research Team, I have led simulations, airframe design, and manufacturing efforts for small-scale aircraft, contributing significantly to our participation in the yearly AIAA competition. I take pride in training and organizing a team of 40+ students in the development of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles, fostering a collaborative and efficient workflow and inspiring students to explore aerospace fields. Furthermore, I have authored comprehensive reports covering conceptual, preliminary, and detailed aircraft design, along with testing and manufacturing methods.
