I have personally negotiated the sale and purchase of large amounts of broadcast content to a vast array of free to air, subscription and digital platforms around the country. I founded then sat on various subscription channel boards. I have conducted deep dives for the senior lending syndicate to MediaWorks in NZ in 2012 then for Saban Capital Group in its bid to acquire a controlling interest in Network Ten Limited in 2014. I also advised TVN, the JV between the NSW and Victorian Racing Industries, in negotiating and drafting various traditional and digital media agreements.

I was responsible for all aspects of SPE's TV distribution (traditional and digital), channel and production businesses in Australia and New Zealand. I was a foundation member of the Showtime and TV1 Partnership's boards for nearly 15 years.

I was a partner in the Communications Group and during that time advised major media companies generally. I was involved one way or the other in most major transactions and reorganisations which occurred in the local media industry during the last recession in the early 1990s.
