Sought upon to facilitate events, talks and outreach clinics to raise awareness of the Citizens Advice Bureau and its services to young people in the local community. Also designing and delivering various topics to disadvantaged groups and providing any one to one support where required. Whilst also being responsible for leading other members, organising events and contacting third member parties.

The role involved providing comprehensive support to members of the public on a number of matters including housing and welfare. As such I had to give preliminary advice where possible whilst displaying excellent rapport building and empathy skills. Meanwhile I was also accountable for a remit of cases and drop in sessions and ensuring accurate entries are made in relevant documents.
