• Handle day to day operations of my assigned accounts consisting of all new business responsible for over 10% of the company’s revenue • Train new customers on company processes and policy to improve efficiency in early stages of onboarding for new accounts• Review quality inspection reports supplied by a third party to determine course of action necessary to satisfy homebuyers• Quote and reconcile purchase orders for order cost accuracy by utilizing pivot tables and excel spreadsheets on all orders• Audit and verify final selections for all internal orders and communicate product availability, scheduling, and lead times to our customers• Function as the direct point of contact internally and externally for all status inquiries and follow up requests by customers
