Currently working as the head Strength & Conditioning Coach at Barnet & Southgate College with Tottenham Development Academy. Head S&C coach at Haringey Borough FC. Personal Trainer at David Lloyd’s Enfield. I have a high knowledge and experience in Strength/Power/Plyometric Training, Fitness Testing, Strength and Conditioning Programs and Exercise Physiology. Also, customer service and hospitality experience (5+years) interacting with people all ages, gender and Personality’s.
