Manage 122 members by running executive, judicial, and chapter meetings while assisting 24 other positions in efficiency/productivity to benefit the chapter

Coordinate between Baylor officials, members of fraternity, members of partnering sorority, and local business to manage a diverse team of 500 people, creating a 20' x 40' float with mechanical and artistic parts using a budget of $15000

• Assisted in the development of new drilling service product that leads the industry in LWD technology• Responsible for testing tool technologies for survivability in downhole conditions with results allowing team to move to field trials after handover from internship• Discovered and solved problems with tool electronics resulting in avoidance of an expensive failed field trial.

• Collaborated on a team with 4 other engineers reporting to 3 project managers which resulted in higher customer satisfaction• Built 15 kg gravity train car by utilizing the knowledge/skills learned in previous Baylor courses• Managed $500 budget over semester by utilizing our tools and simplistic design

• Developed 6 new composite solutions by collaborating with 2 doctorate chemists which resulted in increasing InduMar’s product list by 33%• Trained 10 field engineers by setting up demonstrations for all InduMar’s products to allow for complete understanding of every solution to their problems• Learned professional testing and presentation of products to move the new products to market
