Provide basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, office equipment, and furniture maintenance. Direct/coordinate the activities of Facilities Specialists and contract personnel; evaluate performances, prepare/assign/oversee work schedules. Coach/counsel/manage performance of direct reports. Enforce sound safety and housekeeping practices. Serve as supervisor in charge during facility remodels, tenant improvements, and facility maintenance projects.  Consult with department/branch management to assess work area layouts and determine feasibility of requested changes/updates. Prepare budgets, secure estimates; cost quotes as needed. Arrange and manage appropriate third-party contractor support. Oversee prioritizing, distribution, and completion of work orders. Monitor contract personnel/vendors when work orders are outsourced, ensure proper project completion within budgeted cost. Oversee and assist ongoing routine grounds, facilities, and equipment maintenance. Ensure monthly/seasonal building maintenance tasks are completely in a timely manner, including, but not limited to, repair/replacing light fixture ballasts and bulbs, air filter replacement, landscaping needs are met. Maintain scheduled maintenance on facility’s leased vehicle and trailer, inventory and supplies, reporting for work orders and projects. Provide daily reports of projects, projected completion times, issues encountered and actions taken to remedy. Work with the Mail Facility Manager on projects, including, but not limited to, movement of ATM’s, network cable placement, and branch equipment repairs. Assist on implementation of the Business Continuity Plan.
