Key responsibilities;• Careful time management of workload to ensure internal deadlines were met• Consistent use of individual judgement to come to decisions about an individual application and articulating rationale to other team members• Working as a key member of the decision panel to reach final decisions about applications while managing the budget of the current funding round• Connecting and maintaining a relationship with key stakeholders including government, corporate sponsors, and service users• Using networks to gather information from applicants to continuously evaluate and improve our processAchievements;• Worked as part of a team of volunteers to purposefully invest in young people with care experience, guiding the spending of £25 million to support the development of a vulnerable group, with the aim of creating long term change • Awarded £629K across 896 separate funding applications, enabling awardees to start business, pursue higher education, and undergo personal development• Recognised by independent review for the depth and complexity of my work, and the quality of relationships I created with colleagues • Created four individual grants schemes at pace, two of which under Covid lockdowns• Managed a yearly budget• Gave a presentation to the Scottish Co-production Network, on my accumulated learning over the course of four years with the Trust
