Within my role I am responsible for the delivery of optimal Sports Science and Strength & Conditioning to the 1st team Squad. Ensuring physical performance of every player is optimised whilst reducing the risk of injury.

I am currently responsible for the sports science delivery for all players within the U23s squad. This involves on-field load management, gym and on-field athletic development, nutritional provision and managing players' overall physical wellbeing. Prior to this I was responsible for the sport science provision of both the YDP and FDP programmes. The U12-16 age groups received full-time sports science support from myself, focused around developing and fulfilling their physical potential.

Working within a Sports Science team of young ambitious individuals, for an EPPP Category 1 Academy, to provide feedback and support to all members of staff in the Academy regarding player performance, physical condition and health and well being. Assessing and assisting in the physical and athletic development of the players from a young age, and, where necessary, providing players with individual Strength and Conditioning Programs. My role is to help ensure that decisions relating to player performance are fully informed. I have on several occasions been the sole or lead Sport Science Support for the U9-12 Foundation Phase, most notably at the U12 national Truce finals at St. Georges Park

Working with the coaches of Hillingdon Borough FC to provide feedback on team performance and on occasions individual performances.Role would involve filming all first team home matches and providing feedback on statistics such as completed passes, chances created, shots on target etc.

As part of the universities "Active Brunel" initiative to engage more people in sport and exercise, I was part of the coaching staff running the cricket sessions. Roles included teaching basic fundamental skills to novices, and improving the technical aspects of more advanced individuals
