EQ’s Shareowner Services Representative position is a critically important financial services role, acting as the company’s “brand ambassador” by being the front-line point of contact with our customers.Responsibilities include answering incoming customer phone calls inquiring about their investment accounts in a professional environment.Customer inquiries will be related but not limited to numerous investment products such as transfer agent processing, employee and executive long- term incentive programs, lost property, and proxy services.Inquiries can be complex in nature and require the Shareowner Services Representative to be knowledgeable in a multitude of financial services areas and able to confidently address customer questions.
