I spend most of the day dealing with inbound calls regards new business quotations, mid term adjustments, cancellations and renewals, helping with any issues or queries and proving advice. In all aspects of my work I try to build a rapport with the customers. I work within commercial combined policies with premium spends ranging up to £5000.My work requires liasing with the claims, motor home and service team, in every effort to benefit customers.Customer service is a massive part of my work, aiming to uphold to 5 star defacto rating that Vantage thrives itself on to sustain such an efficient service and an ever growing success.

Working within the Source and Distribution team to produce claim reports, as well as payment processing with a cheque authority of £1000. Furthermore I also carry out windscreen validation and take FNOL calls for the property department. My other duties also include filing and managing the claims, as well as scanning and distributing post and claims to claims handlers. The systems I use vary on my tasks but I can operate using Genus, Teleglobe, AIS and MID systems. My role requires good time management and teamwork skills as well as the ability to work well under pressure, reflecting my time management skills.
