    My day to day duties included all of but not completely limited to the following: Coordinating with suppliers to ensure a smooth supply chain of materials to meet deadlines for projects and tasks, Receiving Stock into locations and dealing with Project Managers as pertains to times of commencement of projects and their deadlines, shortages and or damages, arranging collections and returns of this material if need be; keeping up to date scans of all dockets that come in in case of a shipment discrepancy; update managers as to progress and coordinate with the manufacturing team and their Team Lead as to what is being built and or started in the coming week(s); reserving shop orders and coordination with admins to get them released and then printed into pick lists for the manufacturing team to work off of; any excess material to be material requisitioned and logged in an excel; transferring this product excess back to IFS to other projects as needed to cut costs on ordering for new ones changing and inserting into locations as needed; arrange shipments with Facilities or GEC and vendors depending on what the shipment consists of and prepare appropriate delivery dockets for all product leaving; if there are any shortages on panels, they are to be updated on RA SharePoint before shipment, original shipment items to be delivered directly to customer upon arrival and shortages lists changed accordingly; create BOM and shopping cart orders for bulk items; periodical counts of key stock such as ducting, earthing equipment, leftover Equipment and log accordingly on an excel worksheet to be referred to Project Managers to cut costs on BOMs for future Projects. I also created many flourishing working relationships with local shipping and equipment providers and developed rapport with several clients as well. At this time I was also called upon to manufacture industrial panels as before as well as performing the obligations of this role to which I balanced the time seamlessly.

    Assembly of Rockwell Automation industrial control panels for clients across Europe in industries ranging from automotive to pharma to semiconductor manufacturing and associated clean rooms. These were built to stringent Rockwell Automation engineering standards off of E-plan and various types of other drawings and schematics. Assembly was ground up, including all mechanical and electrical wiring processes. Warehouse duties began during this period as well (March 2023) This mainly entails using IFS to manage locations and quantity of stock in Carrigtwohill warehouse and sometimes liaised and exchanged stocks with Gdańsk, Poland warehouse. Other facets are project material transfers, issue of shop orders for closure and invoicing. My other duties in this role involve document scanning, arrangement of shipments both domestic (Ireland) and internationally, ordering materials, time management as per projects and tasks. Proficiency in excel is also commonly used in this role to keep track of excess materials and in handling of transport. My prior knowledge of the parts had helped substantially in this role. Physical arrangement and housekeeping aspects of an effective warehouse are also an integral part of the position.

    In this role I was in charge of maintaining a 125 acre facility for the training and competition of elite English-discipline equine athletes and teams varied between dressage and show jumping. I also ensured all enclosures were safe and sustainable for the animals at all times to make their stay as comfortable and productive as possible. I also had the duty of maintaining about 300k worth of various farm equipment ranging from a large John Deere 5583 tractor all the way down to basic equipment such as strimmers and mowers and all implements. Anything I couldn’t fix or service was outsourced to mechanics with pricing and quotations gathered first. I was also tasked with coordinating between staff for day to day plans to ensure minimal disruption and smooth flow of work and productivity.

    In my role at this establishment, my duties were as follows. Coordination of a team of 6-10 employees delegated to their strengths to streamline completion of tasks on an elite level 350 acre thoroughbred racehorse training facility (amount dependant on season) : Maintaining two 6 furlong gallops, one dirt and one turf to within .25 percent of acceptable grade range and surface thickness. Using knowledge accrued on land, foliage and farm management to keep the property manicured perfectly and safe for animals and employees as well as clients year round. Irrigation work throughout the farm including the physical work with the sch40 PVC piping networks as well as programming the PLC controllers to work at certain times with certain volumes in different zones. Maintaining and upkeep of a fleet of high spec John Deere and Stihl equipment from 7530 tractors down to basic lawn equipment such as strimmers, blowers, edgers etc. as well as different surface implements for track maintenance and care. I also developed working relationships with the local John Deere Dealership, who was also a licensed Stihl stockist to take care of any high level repairs. Working relationships were developed with many local businesses and suppliers who assisted us in keeping our inventory up and running and I had to present to finance the accounts and receipts monthly. With animals, there are always possible emergencies as well as inclement weather (hurricanes, floods etc) and their response had to be coordinated in a quick and composed manner to minimise disruption and damages. I was also charged to make sure all disposals and removal of waste was above board and being carried out to standards.
