I coordinated the implementation of lean manufacturing principles in the manufacturing supply chain structure that integrated and created a highly talented cross functional teams. Together with my teams we have established efficient flow of materials and information that resulted in improved financial performance of the business. My most recent challenge was accepting the position of Operations Manager at Allegion where I oversee a manufacturing operation with direct P&L responsibilities. Leading a team of highly talented professionals while focusing on strategic deployment has been very rewarding. Implementing continual improvements through lean transformations and employee empowerment has been an exciting challenge and a great success.
