Job Description Purpose:-Sell RITE-HITE-products and agreed allied equipment to end-users and in agreed limits to general contractors (according to RHE policy).-Provide design assistance to architects and planners for future projects.-Develop and maintain professional customer relationships.-Maximize exposure and penetration by maintaining acceptable sales volume and profitability in defined sales territory.-Support a reporting system according to RHE policy.-Permanent observation of the market to identify new product opportuniteit. Main Duties:-Contact end-user customers to build up professional relationships.-Support customers to ensure correct product selection to maximize customers benefit.Prepare offers and define orders with customers.-Prepare detailed order specifications for problem free internal handling of orders.-Provide premium design assistance to architects and planners to ensure the specification of RH- products.-Visit of customer sites to ensure the correct preparations for installations (site survey’s).-Final approval of installations with customers.-Provide information of market and possible product opportunities to management.-Support the defined reporting policy.-Ensure order intake, sales, and profits according to the set targets.
