CurrentSeasoned loan sale professional who has participated in the advisory and placement of over $28 billion in loan & portfolio sales over the past 19 years. Currently serves as the Executive Vice President of CBRE's National Loan and Portfolio Sale Advisors in the New York City Office. Provides financial advisory services to financial institutions and is responsible for all aspects of the sale and marketing of commercial mortgage loans on the secondary market. Responsibilities include development and implementation of loan sales strategies, implementation, support staff supervision, institutional contact liaison, negotiation with buyers and sellers and related ancillary advisory functions. Oversees the valuation and underwriting of all assignments as well as directing the execution of marketing efforts.
