My passion for information security began with my fascination with cryptography. I remember reading the story of the famous British mathematician, Allan Turing, breaking the German Engima Code, and in result sparked the creation of modern computers. Throughout high school, I jumped on every topic related to computers. I can still feel the excitement when I booted my first assembled PC or my dazzlement when I write a simple python program that greeted the world. In 2022, I graduated from Purdue University with dual degrees in Cybersecurity and Network Engineering Technology. During my undergrad, I was interning as a Security Analyst at RSA Security. There, I combated internet fraud, phishing, and observed rising trends in cyber threats. Now, in my last semester of grad school at Carnegie Mellon, nothing seemed impossible. I look forward to the new opportunities and challenges that will uncover my potential.
