Reporting to the Head of QA, I am responsible for providing oversight and testing of the Match Engine, acting as a point of contact for the module. Directing QA Testers and supporting the QA Team as a whole forms a key part of the role, but I also provide assistance to the Match Engine producers on a regular basis.As well as managing QA for the match engine team, I'm also responsible for writing design documents and overseeing the design process for major features in my area. After working in the role of a QA Tester for two full development cycles on the Football Manager Mobile series, I was promoted into the role of QA Lead of Animation and Graphics, primarily working on the Football Manager desktop games as part of the Match Team.As part of my role, I'm responsible for the creation and execution of test plans, providing community support when they encounter technical issues, and the training of new QA testers. I work closely with the development team, communicating issues with them directly and ensuring that they get fixed.
