I have had experiences throughout my life that were very helpful in learning and developing skills that will transfer to my career. These consist of organization, project management, time management, work ethic, communication and leadership. These skills were developed by working alongside employees in the management field and by managing my own start-up company I co-founded with three of my life long friends. The most important skill I have developed would have to be communication. I have found that while managing a small company that communication among co workers and clients was extremely crucial in creating quality, and professional relationships.
