My job title is “Call Center Manager” However, duties entail:Call Center & CRM Management:• Interviewing, hiring, and training Demand agents and administrators.• Developing and implementing employee incentive programs.• Monitoring Demand sales, billing, production, and quality.• Coaching agents on regular basis.• Train Demand administrators to properly qualify leads generated.Client Management:• Assisting new clients with our onboarding procedures.• Primary point of contact for Clients issues, urgent questions.• Day to day Client communication.• Quality checking & Sending Leads.• Pulling reports at client request.• Running./Sending Monthly client reports.• Setting up scheduled reports.• Manage all Market data and information we find. Store and send data to clients upon their requests.Vendor Management:• I work directly with Demand vendors to ensure that we are providing our clients the best possible service.I.T. Management:• I do the primary troubleshooting for any IT related issues involving our online CRM and 70+ workstations.
