- Led the creation of a year-long strategy including recruiting members, ratifying a mission statement, establishing communication channels, gathering data, and designing an escalation strategy to challenge the Indiana.
- Recruited 100+ members within a three month period
- Engaged members in discussions online and facilitated weekly in-person meetings
- Created a comprehensive survey completed by 245 students to gather quantitative and qualitative data detailing the unjust financial & emotional burdens of unpaid internships
- Organized a public forum attended by 150+ students that presented survey data, student testimonies, and demands for policy change to the dean and administration
