Working on analyzing data from experiments measuring grape growth in Cal Poly sponsored vineyards. Created a R Shiny App to build custom reports consisting of data visualizations and various statistical tests on combinations of the experiment variables and response variables. Ran permutations tests to look into data deeper and attempt to uncover possible links between the explanatory variables and the responses variables.

Developed pipelines to create a sustainable flow of weather-related data into various company supported databases (AWS S3 and Postgres). Worked with StreamSets pipeline creation software to build and maintain pipelines from weather station APIs.

Helped rewrite and modify preexisting R code for machine learning algorithms to attempt to predict the actions of participants based on data collected from “wearables” the participant was wearing.

Built an R package to allow for easier visualization of various types of linear regression lines, including polynomial models, models with a categorical variable, models with the same intercept or same slope, and interactive visualizations. Wrote documentation for future users to fully understand the package.
