As Version Test Manager - in charge for module firmware release testing for 5GQualcomm module which involved auto CI & CD testing, version test, modification point test, stress test, partition check and security test.2. 4G & 5G Networking Test - good understanding of the 3GPP specification for 4G and 5G technology, able to use QXDM, QRCT, QCAT, Wireshark for capture logs and debugging.3. Cell Tower Simulation - provide guidance, user manual for the Cell Tower simulation system and knowledge sharing. Responsible for LTE-A, NSA & SA NR base station simulation system configuration.4. SMOD & JIRA Bugs Review -organize and conduct weekly firmware modificationpoint review meeting. Monitor ST team Jira Bug status, progress and provide guidance/suggestion. Update the significant SMOD/Jira to auto test case for ensure tests covered.

1. As Pioneer of the Company Test Engineering-Perform manufacturing yield evaluation and data analysis for yieldimprovement. -Perform failure analysis of products to meet yield and quality goals. -Work closely with other team to facilitate proposed project plan.-Able to work independently with minimum advise.2. Perform Machine Setup & troubleshooting on below Machine-Laser Engraving Machine-High frequency automatic Welding Machine-Auto Screwing Machine-Air Leakage Test Machine-RF product Shield Room testing3.Perform Test & Process Improvement for multiple Product -Provide solution/improvement for tester, infrastructure and assemblyprocess. -Resolves test and process issues with supplier Engineering and Pilot Manufacturing.4.Test Team Lead - Provide and share product's troubleshoot guidance to teammate. -Advise Maintenance team on equipment maintenance & repair. -Lead teammate in new equipment installation, troubleshooting, testmethod changes, product control & process improvement.

1. Responsible for Medical product HLA & PCBA Functional testing, testers setup,validation and generates test procedure for production testing2. Execute of Engineering Change Request, liaising with customers, suppliers or relevant authorities to facilitate any test/equipment issue which may arise.3. Using Process Capability study to analysis data & root cause in order to improve production yield. 4. Responsible for the debug bone pile / RMAs and the prompt root cause analysis of systemic failures or rejects.5. Test equipment maintenance, ensure spares and minimize unscheduled downtime. Arrange equipment's calibration schedule and quotation with calibration institute.
