Working closely with the management to build relationships with clients and developing potential project opportunities. Taking in-charge roles in numerous projects, leading project management and resources planning, and guiding staffs during project execution.● Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) Compliance Project – helped a large financial holding company and a middle-size commercial bank in Taiwan to establish/adjust operational processes of client onboarding, due diligence of existing clients, counterparty identification, change in circumstances, and yearly reporting.● Costs Allocation Project – helped a Taiwanese commercial bank to review and revise its operational costs allocation methodology and processes.● Channel Management and Optimization Strategy of Banks – coordinated development work of the service, including market analysis and initiation of solutions catering to clients’ pain points or needs.● Privacy Protection Act Compliance Project – helped a leading life/property insurance company in Taiwan identify potential operational risks and adjust operational processes to comply with the Act.● Credit Processes Enhancement Project – helped several commercial banks in China reform their whole credit processes, including application, credit review, and post-loan management.

(Ta Chong Bank was a portfolio investment company of the Carlyle Group when I worked for it)FMA program was a 2-year intensive management development program. Rotated and received hands-on training at the front, middle and support functions, including Finance, Consumer Banking, Institutional Banking, Financial Market, Credit Risk, and Operations departments.● Greater China Business Expansion Plan – Assisted CFO to coordinate with respective business and supporting unit to formulate Greater China business expansion plan for the Bank.● Process Re-engineering – Reviewed and streamlined the expenses reimbursement and booking processes for petty cash, telecommunication and traveling.● Investor Relations (IR) – Revamped the IR deck, built the IR corporate website and helped the bank participated in the global ranking for “the Best Corporate Governance of Taiwan” organized by the IRGR.● Product Control Analyst – Responsible for financial reporting of the trading desk and monitoring the bank’s trading actions and portfolios. Improved pricing and reporting processes and support any ad-hoc projects.● Non-Finance Rotation – Conducted analysis on credit card customer portfolio and proposed process improvement to Credit Card, International Banking, and Application Process Departments.

Oversaw an organizing committee contained 20 staffs to prepare the 4-day Summer National Conference (SNCF), conveyed the latest policies from AIESEC International and trained future managers in AIESEC Taiwan. As a member with bilateral roles in the organizing committee and executive board of NTU local committee (LC NTU), coordinated limited resources to keep both sides function well.

Participated in executive board meeting and work out strategies for LC NTU; supervised and supported SNCF organizing committee on behalf of the President. Led a team to manage and allocate human resources in LC NTU. Created learning opportunities to cultivate members by projects and activities; involved contribution of learning partners from industries.
