Manage Platform Integration & Validation(PIV) team of ADLINK ECPS to take charge of:1. Leading to develop ADLINK's owned PacketManager for ADLINK products, like ATCA/CPCI/MICA platforms, to abstract/hide the difference of each hardware chipset with the unique upper layer APIs, and also provide misc functions, including software routing, openflow-based switching, flow classifier, user-space TCP/IP stack, NAT, Load-Balancer etc.2. Integrate ADLINK platform with industry-leading software building blocks as ADLINK owned Application-Ready Intelligent Platform (ARIP),including Intel MediaSDK, DPDK, QAT, 6WINDGATE, WindRiver INP, openDPI/nDPI, LWIP, Rump-kernel, openvSwitch, openDaylight, openStack etc.3. Support each RBUs to achieve design-win with competitive solutions for final customers;4. Build the PIV lab to validate & benchmark & performance-tuning system-level solution based on ADLINK platforms, especially at packet processing/switch, data encryption/compressed, system/power management etc;5. Research & estimate new industrial technologies, like SDN/NFV/Overlay/DPDK/RRC/RSA etc, and visit key customers to summarize the market trend, to provide system-level consulting for product manager to design new generation products.
