As a casual academic at UNSW CSE, I lead tutorials for COMP3121: Algorithm Design and Analysis, a core subject for computer science students. I help students understand complex concepts and algorithms, and provide feedback and guidance on their assignments and exams.I also have hands-on experience in software engineering, having completed an internship at Atlassian, where I worked on the backend for Jira Insights, a feature that provides analytics and insights for Jira users. I contributed to the design, implementation, and testing of the feature, using Java, Spring Boot, and AWS technologies.I'm passionate about learning new technologies and exploring new domains, especially in the high-frequency trading and tech sectors, where I believe I can leverage my skills and knowledge to create value and impact. I'm looking for opportunities to grow and develop as a software engineer, and to work with talented and diverse teams on exciting and meaningful projects.
