Currently, I am the Operations Manager at Composite Maintenance Engineering, where I lead a team of technicians and engineers to deliver high-quality composite products and services.In my previous role as a Customer Retention Executive at Marshall Mercedes Benz of Preston, I consistently exceeded customer expectations and increased sales of services by 800,000 pounds monthly. I achieved this by using my strong communication and interpersonal skills to convey product knowledge and meet customer needs dynamically. I also built brand loyalty by establishing a professional relationship with customers and ensuring their return for any future needs.
