1. Search and discover suitable Venders for new PCB design andComponents (Resistor, Capacitor, Transistor, etc). And visit potential vendors.2. Qualify potential PCB & component venders3. Handle RFQ and qualification for new PCB & component, Negotiate price with vendors4. Control of material PO releasing、rescheduling and cancellation to ensure timely material supply and minimum inventory.5. Participate in weekly conference with project manager & customer to understand requirements of new project and report the process of material purchasing of current project6. Continuously work for cost reduction through benchmark and source alternative part/supplier channel etc for achieving cost down target.7. Annually audit venders.8. Support material team ,ensure non-interruptive supply of materials and other items needed for production.
