As a Data Analyst at Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust, I use my expertise to analyse and interpret complex workforce data, and provide insights and recommendations to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency. With the help of various data analysis tools and techniques, I support evidence-based decision making and innovation in a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, managers, and researchers.I am also passionate about teaching and learning, and I have been tutoring A-level Biology and Chemistry students since July 2021. I enjoy sharing my academic and professional experience with the next generation of scientists, and helping them achieve their academic goals and aspirations. I have a Master's degree in Biotechnology and a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry with Studies in the USA from The University of Salford, where I gained valuable research and practical skills in molecular biology, bioprocessing, and bioinformatics. I am a hardworking, reliable, and self-motivated person, who is always eager to learn new things and take on new challenges.
