With detailed explanations on significant increases/decreases- Ensuring that Quality of Service is maintained on all destinations and that it meets the required benchmarks- Working with Commercial Managers to ensure all country strategies are set and implemented accordingly- Helping to migrate traffic on to the new Intelligent Routing Platform- Working with the supplier of the new Intelligent Routing System to ensure that all processes are set up and that the system is performing correctly
