  Boston Capital is a private investment firm whose professional focus is investing in multifamily apartment properties located in the USA. Over the past 10 years , Boston Capital has been ranked #'s 1,2 or 3 on an annual basis by NMHC as it relates to the size of it's property portfolio. At year end 2017, Boston Capital estimates it's property portfolio is approximately 160,000 apartment units contained in 1,500 properties located in 50 states , the Virgin Islands and Guam ( the latter two locations being US Territories ) with an original equity investment in excess of $15billion. With a portfolio of this size and geographic diversity, in order to properly oversee the asset management of our apartment portfolio, Boston Capital's IT department has created a state of the art software program which we has patented and trademarked. Boston Capital has been retained by several state housing agencies to provide asset management services for them through the use of Boston Capital's software program as well as several other investment firms, banks and developers who also do their own property management.Over the last eight years , Boston Capital has sold off in excess of 1,700 individual properties which were held in Boston Capital partnerships. The management style at Boston Capital is very collaborative the net effect of which is that each strategy is thoroughly evaluated by different department heads and staff who are encouraged to voice his/her perspective. While the net result may take longer to conclude, the professionalism that is applied to decision making has consistently turned out to be excellent.
