Jack Marshall is the president and founder of ProEthics, Ltd., and is the writer Ethics Alarms (www.ethicsalarms.com), the per-eminent and most visited ethics commentary blog on the web. He has taken the experience gleaned from a diverse career in law, public policy, academia and theater and applied it to the field of legal, business and organizational ethics.
