Full life cycle recruiter responsible for sourcing, conducting initial phone screen and in person interviews, setting interviews, extending offers, and providing performance feedback.• Develop recruiting strategies utilizing in house applicant tracking system (ATS), LinkedIn, and other networking tools.• Evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of candidates through our screening process•Meet with managers to qualify business and requirements to full understand and identify top IT talent.•Negotiate wages, terms and conditions, and build relationships with candidates to fully understand their skills, goals, and interests.• Work closely with TEKsystems sales support to identify top accounts, qualify business, and candidates to fill requirements efficiently.• Take on management responsibilities when necessary (i.e. Sell potential candidates via phone or face-to-face, schedule interviews accordingly, stay in consistent communication, etc.)• Communicate details of new assignments and manage contract employees while on assignment• Train and develop new recruiters in regards to best practices.• Establish relationships both internally and with candidates and clients to gain trust, industry knowledge, and obtain referrals and leads.• Support Fortune 100, 500, and 1,000 companies including Facebook, Amazon, Comcast, Workday, and more.
