Did somebody say Jack Daniels? Ha, you wish! While I'm equally smooth, my name’s Jack McDaniel, and I have been working with St. Louis’ best and brightest since before iPhones were a thing. My story is a tale of two careers. I was a Wal-Mart store manager at 23 years old and went to college at the same time. I spent 17 years in retail and banking management before leaving those long late night and weekend hours for a career in human resources and recruiting. The common thread: Hard work is what I'm known for. Throughout my career, I have a track record of mentoring and developing the company’s next superstars. I do this by creating a positive atmosphere and culture, creating structure and consistency, and having an open door to provide both positive feedback and areas for improvement. I like to think I made a difference in people’s careers that I have worked with (don't take my word for it - check out my recommendations 😊)For my candidates, my approach is pretty simple: Be open, honest, and provide a top-tier candidate experience.
