By identifying issues early on and finding resolutions ahead of time in order to minimise delays to our customers. • Performing all operational ramp duties including jetty movements onto aircraft allowing our passengers to disembark our aircraft safely and punctually.• Qualified to conduct headset operations which involve communications with flight crew regarding instructions for the pushback function to allow them to depart to the runway, allowing for a more efficient way of working from a below wing perspective.• Ensuring all baggage, cargo and secured valuables are safely loaded/unloaded onto our aircraft by cross referencing all relevant documents against flight information provided by other departments.• Adapting and being able to follow different processes when handling other airlines within the IAG group
