I work in the retail industry, specialising in the training and development of customer service managers. My work experience has included recruitment and KPI management in a range of working environments and settings, in both small groups and one to one sessions on all aspects of management during a fast paced environment . Alongside this, I have experience of mentoring and coaching staff in an employment setting. My other areas of expertise include customer service, rota management, business leadership and forward planning. This has resulted in me taking on a lead role among my peers focusing on people, recruitment and development. Whilst my base contract requires me to manage two stores with full KPI control and P&L management, over a 6 month period I managed up to 9 stores and 60+ staff driving multiple shop teams towards targets and increasing staff engagement during that time.
