Experience rapidly onboarding onto new projects and having impact early, which has relied on always being open to learning new technologies, with a focus on using them effectively to make impact.A particular focus of mine has been on mentoring others. At work this has involved empowering others to help the team excel in my role as a Tech Lead, and led into my current role as a DevOps trainer upskilling experienced IT professionals to make impacts in their own workplaces. Outside of work, this has involved volunteering with access programmes focused on tutoring less-advantaged teens with both The Access Project and Schools Plus to great feedback from my mentees.
