I recruit within the RF, VSAT and Wireless Space for Alt-Nets, ISPs and Engineering Companies. We help them achieve their growth targets by sourcing and securing them the best talent that the space has to offer. Here at Hamilton Barnes, I am part of our RF Team and work with a range of companies, from start-up rigging companies right through to the largest satellite ISPs on a global scale. We work with candidates of all levels and abilities, from trainee engineers right through to C-Level. A few of our success stories - 📡 We worked exclusively with a Satellite Operator on a major hiring project, which involved helping them source 25 Engineers across EMEA, including the UK, Germany and Cyprus. We successfully filled vacancies that had been open for over 18 months by working with the key stakeholders involved to understand their technical requirements, team cultures, and pain points when previously hiring.We worked with an ISP as they went through a crucial round of funding. We helped them to grow from 5 to 125 heads, placing engineers in the following positions:- Riggers- Network Engineers- RF Engineers- Network Managers- Radio Planners💥 I worked with the UK's largest carrier as they entered into another phase of rapid-growth, looking to take on 247 engineers in over 50 different locations UK-wide.
